Guaraguao I and II

Formerly called Guaraguao National Park it has historical significance.
Located at the West end of the Cotubanamá National Park, it is the beginning of the reef system stretching to Saona Island. You can see Cannons, cannon balls and a rack of muskets moved here from sunken Spanish ship wrecks. Light to medium current makes for a relaxing treat to astounding movement of colors. Soft & hard coral on a sand bed is home to a full array of fish & critters. On this health reef the visibility is typically 30 – 50 mtrs so bring your cameras.
