PADI CAREER Development center

With a top notch Dive Shop where safety and customer service are number one priorities, we offer so much more than any other area shop in town. Coral Point Diving is PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Resort and is the only Dive Center to have a base directly on the Beach of Bayahibe downtown to welcome you in private away from the morning crowds for all its aquatic tours. 
You will find us inside the famous ‘Barco Bar’ building, at only a few minutes walk from Hilton Hotel La Romana. Our location is on beautiful beach. Here the sand is white and water is crystal clear, alive with tropical fish and coral.

 

The PADI 5 Star Career Development Center (CDC) classification is awarded to PADI 5 Star IDCs that conduct additional instructor-level training and meet requirements for assisting dive leaders in reaching their educational and professional goals. PADI 5 Star CDCs offer career-oriented training to prepare dive professionals for employment in the dive industry as well as offering job placement assistance for program graduates. PADI 5 Star CDCs are committed to training dive leaders and conducting career development programs.

 

 

accomodation - when not included in course package price

Coral Point offers viable solutions to an economical vacation since their rooms are clean and well maintained.

Our Staff House can accommodate up to 10 students. All apartments have a fan, 2 bathrooms and one kitchen where our interns can cook their own meals. The supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away. The dive shop is also a 5 minute walk only.

 

We offer at the moment 2 options:

Shared Room: USD 130 per month (3 persons max)

Single Room: USD 200-250 per month

Electricity is not included but it it around USD 10 per month
